Troubleshooting AR

QR Code Not Scanning?

  1. Ensure venue lighting isn’t causing glare.

  2. Hold phone 6-12 inches from code.

  3. Restart camera session via app refresh.

AR Effects Not Loading?

  1. Check Wi-Fi/cellular signal strength in venue.

  2. Confirm location services are enabled.

  3. Re-scan the venue’s QR code.

Location Services Not Working?

  1. Ensure location services are enabled on your device.

  2. Confirm W-RLDS has permission to access your location:

    1. iOS: Settings > Privacy > Location Services > W-RLDS

    2. Android: Settings > Apps > W-RLDS > Permissions

  3. Check Wi-Fi/cellular signal strength, as poor connectivity may affect VPS accuracy.

Managing Rewards

  • VIP Pass/Discount Not Received?
    Check spam folder → Still missing? Email rewards@w-rlds.com with screenshot of completion badge.

  • Social Media Share Failed?
    Ensure app has permission to access your photo library.

Managing Permissions 

  • To ensure optimal AR experiences, enable location services for W-RLDS in your device settings. If permissions are denied, certain features like venue-specific AR content may not function properly.

Data & Privacy

  • Delete AR Content: Go to Profile → "My Experiences" → Select → Delete.

  • Update Preferences: Profile → Settings → Notification Controls.

Live Event Support

During major events (e.g., Coachella, stadium tours):

  • On-Site Help: Visit W-RLDS signage marked with [LOGO]

  • Live Chat: Available 1 hour before gates open until 1 hour after event ends.
